Production director-Ma Chunjiang
In June 2015, he joined Shandong Tongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as a production technical engineer, and was appointed as the deputy general manager in charge of production technology in 2023.
Sales director-Ma Guide
In 2020, he joined Shandong Tongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the deputy general manager of the company, responsible for the construction of the new plant and safety and environmental protection work, and was appointed as the sales director in 2024.

In 2005, he joined Shouguang Wanao Chemical Co., Ltd. With the continuous development of the company, the company acquired new land to build Tongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., and was appointed as the director of the purchasing department in 2016 and the deputy general manager in 2018, in charge of the purchasing department, equipment department and infrastructure.

In June 2016, he served as the Director of Finance of Shandong Tongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He is currently the Chief financial Officer of Shandong Tongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and general manager of Zhejiang Tongcheng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.
